By accessing and using CodeRepeat, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on CodeRepeat for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

CodeRepeat offers both free and paid subscription services. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment service provider. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.
- Subscription Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan). You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Auto-Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

CodeRepeat makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitations
In no event shall CodeRepeat or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CodeRepeat, even if authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
9. Changes to Terms
CodeRepeat reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
